Categories (List/grid)

In this section, you can create a new category and browse through previously created categories and also edit them.

To create a new category you need to put the following information:

Name: Put the name of the category

Slug: This part will be shown in the URL. So put the text that you want to show in the URL

Parent Category: If the category you are creating is a subcategory then select the parent category from here. Let’s say you have created a category named Books and then a category name Novel. So you can put Books in the Parent Category of the Novel

Description: Put the description of this category. The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.
